Community Giving

At Grassland, we believe that a strong community creates a positive, productive environment in which to live, work and raise a family. These are values that John Wuethrich embraced when he founded our company in 1904. We share his deep appreciation for our community and strive to be a good neighbor and corporate citizen. Following are a few of the ways we contribute:

Wuethrich Foundation – founded in 1955 to support our community through local grants for important projects and provide special scholarships.

Greenwood Dairy Days – a festive annual event that brings together the community and Grassland's more than 300 employees to celebrate dairying, the area's most vital economic resource. It includes a weekend of games, prizes, a baking contest, great music, wonderful food and an inspiring parade.
