What is Clarified Butter Used For?
Clarified Butter is used for a number of different foods and cooking methods which includes the following:

To make clarified butter, Grassland uses fresh, rBST-free cream from the dairy farm. Through the centrifugal process, water, lactose and nonfat milk solids are removed from the cream. The result is a butter that is 99.9 percent milkfat.
